1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all business relationships between Crown Luxury and the customer in the version valid at the time the order is placed.

Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from these Terms shall not apply unless Crown Luxury expressly agrees to them in writing.

3. Formation of the Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.

3.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in your shopping cart.

3.3. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically after your order is submitted and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

3.4. The contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under local law.

Please Note:

We do not charge any restocking fees for properly returned items.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

5.1. All prices displayed on our product pages are final prices.

5.2. Shipping charges may apply in addition to the listed prices. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5.3. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, even if the order is delivered in multiple shipments.

5.4. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges, such as customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Payment may be made using the payment methods offered during checkout, including credit card, PayPal, or any other available payment options.

6.2. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

7. Delivery & Retention of Title

7.1. Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

7.2. The goods remain the property of Crown Luxury until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

8.1. Your statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

8.2. In addition, Crown Luxury provides a 2-year warranty on the watch movement.

This warranty does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

Crown Luxury is willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a recognized consumer arbitration board where required or appropriate.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
